This is another one of Brazil’s most popular snacks! Just walk in any Brazilian bakery (or school cafeteria), and you’ll find these delicious, fluffy potato rolls stuffed with creamy cheese. The good news is that these are easy to make at home, and you can even use cream cheese if you can’t find any catupiry. And while these rolls are served as a snack in Brazil, I think they will look (and taste) great as dinner rolls at your holiday table or next dinner party!
