Dried Beans

Tinned beans and chickpeas are a marvellous labour-saving invention and we use them all the time. However, the texture and flavour of dried beans tends to be a little superior, and occasionally it’s definitely worth cooking them from scratch. They’ll last in the fridge for 5 days, so cook more than you need then use them as the base for a few quick meals.
