Crunchy and sharp, this coleslaw-like salad makes a lovely light lunch, especially alongside slices of ham or other cured meats.


  • 1 tbsp crème fraîche
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • pinch


In a small bowl, mix the crème fraîche, lemon juice and sea salt.

Put the celeriac, apple, walnuts and parsley in a salad bowl and pour over the dressing. Toss to combine.
