Packed with nutrients from the wild rice and protein from the quinoa, this is a nourishing and really flavoursome meal on its own or is also a good side dish for chicken or pork. Chervil has bright green leaves a bit like carrot tops and a mild, sweet aniseed flavour. Use parsley if you can’t get hold of it; it will give a more robust finish.
