Ingredients: 3 cups (750 mL) all-purpose flour; 2 tsp (10 mL) baking powder; ¾ cup (185 mL) + 1 Tbsp (15 mL) almond or soy milk; ½ cup (125 mL) + 1 Tbsp (15 mL) pure maple syrup; 1 tsp (5 mL) ground cinnamon; 1 tsp (5 mL) ground ginger; ¼ tsp (1 mL) salt; 3 Tbsp (45 mL) vegetable oil; ½ cup (125 mL) raisins

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
