Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango
  • 2 Tbsp (30 mL) sugar

Method

Peel and dice the mango. Purée it with the sugar, and chill until ready to serve (there is no need to strain). The coulis will keep in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
