The churrasco is a great alternative to an American barbecue. It has all the elements of success: beef, pork, sausage, and salsa. In Brazil there are restaurants called churrascarias, devoted entirely to barbecue or grill cookery. The meat will sometimes be presented strung on long skewers at the table.
