For the perfect martini. These keep well in the refrigerator so make as much as you think you’d like to have on hand.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound pitted (see note) green niçoise or other olives (niçoise are best for martinis)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Procedure

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and let stand at least 1 day.
