The basic recipe for this chili was already a crowd-pleaser. It combines an amazing blend of spices that are as flavorful as they are fiery. A healthy amount of Mexican beer helps make this a unique and unusual dish, but smoking the roast that is one of two meats in the chili just puts a completely new and wonderful spin on an old classic. Coating the roast in Worcestershire sauce before smoking is the key; it creates a little bit of a salty crust on the meat, which holds strong even as the
