This is a lovely, slightly squidgy, very chocolatey loaf which just happens to be vegan. The predominant flavour is chocolate and a hint of banana, the coconut milk provides a richness and the desiccated coconut gives it a nice nubbly texture. Whether you are vegan or not, if you’re a fan of very chocolatey and moist cake, this is one for you!
