These biscuits are our take on s’mores, the happy result of leftover Meringue Frosting and leftover digestive biscuits from the recipe. The recipe has three stages, but none of them are at all complicated, and the Meringue Frosting that fills the biscuits is a great recipe to have up your sleeve.

Ingredients

  • 7 cm scone or cookie cutter
  • 2 large baking sheets, lined

Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan).
