This recipe is all thanks to our Head Baker, Toni. These cookies are her babies and she makes them most mornings — we put them out on the counter still warm and the smell in the café is amazing. Hard to describe, they have a bit of a crust on the outside but the insides are soft and cakey and packed full of chocolate.
