Imagine a cross between a sticky toffee pudding and a sponge cake. This is it! It’s lighter than a traditional sticky toffee pudding, but it still has all the flavour and it makes a lovely autumn pudding served warm, straight out of the oven, and topped with Brown Sugar Glaze. It’s equally lovely served at room temperature, like we do in the bakery.
