Evaporated Milk & Strawberry Loaf

I wanted to include two topped loaves in the book and was struggling to pick which one, when Toni, our Head Baker, reminded me about our evaporated milk buttercream recipe and how much we all loved it. The loaf itself is also flavoured with evaporated milk and topped with fresh strawberries and strawberry jam — perfect for a summer celebration.
