This recipe is for anyone with a sweet tooth. It’s big, generous and a huge seller in the bakery, possibly even the best selling of all the millionaires we do. The marshmallows melt a little and magically rise to make a chewy layer on top of the caramel. The bigger the marshmallows, the better! It looks great when it’s sliced, as you see flashes of pink and white in the caramel.
