Brownie Cookie Millionaire

Millionaire Shortbread is incredibly popular in the bakery, and so are the gluten-free Triple Chocolate Brownie Cookies. So it made sense to us to come up with a recipe that combined both. This millionaire has a softer base than our other ones, and it’s less sweet and more rich and dark thanks to lots of good dark cocoa powder and the 70% dark chocolate we use in the topping.
