Raspberry Brownie Layer

This is dark, rich, dense (in a good way) and very, very chocolatey. The layers are based on our brownie recipe with a few wee tweaks, and the whole thing is super easy to make, especially if you go for the rustic finish in the picture. It’s iced with chocolate glaze and you can change up the fillings and toppings to make any sort of chocolate combinations — we’ve given you a few ideas at the end of the recipe.
