Raspberry Buttercream

Add raspberries, two or three at a time, to the buttercream and mix. They will give the buttercream a lovely, natural pink colour and their tart flavour cuts the sweetness. Keep adding them until you get the colour and flavour you want, but go easy as it can turn neon pink very quickly!
