Mozzarella, Pesto & Cherry Tomato Turnovers

This is a lovely bake to make for lunch. It’s incredibly easy to make (even easier if you’re using shop-bought pastry), takes minutes to assemble and looks really beautiful. You can of course vary the fillings to suit your tastes, and because you’re basically assembling ingredients you can make turnovers with different fillings in the same batch.
