We serve these lightly spiced, crispy-coated chicken breasts in a brioche roll with iceberg lettuce, tomato and pesto mayo. It’s really quick and simple but tastes great!

Ingredients

  • baking tray, lightly oiled

Method

Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan).
