Whether you’re a vegetarian or not, do give these a try. They’re quick and easy to make from store cupboard ingredients, but they taste fantastic and make a perfect weekend lunch. We shape the mix into burgers, but you can also roll into balls and either serve them in a tomato sauce, or in pitta bread with hummus and salad. Add a pinch of chilli flakes to the chickpeas if you like a bit of a kick.
