The banana bread is tasty just as is, but it’s also ready for imaginative variations. Mix in chunks of your favorite chocolate. Add macadamia nuts. Swirl in some peanut butter. Do all three! We make pecan praline and cover the top before baking! Hmmm, and a little bourbon in the batter might be good if you want to elevate it to an adult treat.
