We love our version of babka, and it’s not just chocolate, as the name implies! Rather, it’s a multi-flavored layering of chocolate, cinnamon, orange, and raisins. They come together in a complex and satisfying way, well worth all of the steps in getting there. And with the classic babka twist for shaping, it’s pretty too, making it a perfect sweet to usher in a sweet new year on Rosh Hashanah. Making our babka requires some effort; you might say it’s a project. We suggest making it over a
