  • About

We think that Moroccan Harira Soup (the national soup of Morocco) is a perfect fit for World Kindness Day. There’s nothing quite as comforting as a warm bowl of soup, and the combination of green lentils, chickpeas, spices, and vegetables makes this one a nourishing meal in a bowl. It also just so happens to be gluten-free and vegan, so it’s easier to share with folks who might have dietary restrictions.

Feel free to dial up the amount of harissa if you’d like a little more of a kic
