These easy biscuits require no rolling or forming—they are dropped from a spoon onto the pan. They’re a perfect quickly made early-morning treat for guests. Use the following ingredients:

Method

Make the dough as in Classic Southern Biscuits—the dough will be soft. To form the biscuits, drop onto the cookie sheet in 3-tablespoon mounds. Bake as above.
