Ingredients

Oatmeal

  • 1 cup rolled oats (regular oatmeal)
  • 1 cup boiling water

Method

  1. Place the oatmeal in a heatproof bowl and pour the boiling water over it. Stir once to mix, then set aside until cooled to room temperature.
  2. To make the dough, place the warm water in a small bowl and whisk in the yeast. Combine the flour, brown sugar, and salt in the work bowl of a food processor fitted with a metal blade. Pulse until mixed. Add the butter
