These chewy—and addictive—diamonds are perfect for a big party—they are fast to prepare and are as good as they are easy.

Ingredients

  • 1 recipe Sweet Dough for a two-crust pie

Method

  1. Prepare and chill the dough.
  2. On a floured surface roll the dough out into a 12 x 17-inch rectangle. Drape the dough over the rolling pin, then place it in the pan. Press the dough well against the bottom and sides and fold the excess back into the pan and form it into a high fluted edge. Refrigerate while you prepare the filling.
