Inspired by compost cookies that I ate in Momofuku bakery in New York, this is a chocolate slice with a difference. It has the perfect combination of saltiness from the crisps and pretzels and sweetness from the chocolate and syrup. I call them my “after-party” treats as they are great for using up leftover crisps, pretzels and popcorn!
