When children came into the tea shop they immediately pointed to these traffic light biscuits behind the counter with their jewel-like red, orange and green ‘lights’. Mums often bought them for a quick treat for their child and these biscuits always guaranteed to brighten up any birthday party table. They are also fun and messy to make.

Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C/gas mark 4. Line a couple of baking sheets with baking parchment.

Follow the instructions for making biscuit dough.
