This is a classic almond-infused tart that is perfect to share with a loved one. When I found some of Dad’s recipe notes I came across the ingredients for ‘frangipane’ - there were no tart details. I wanted to share Dad’s frangipane filling, with its subtle almond taste and scent that always transport me to the tea shop.
