If you like tea and biscuits, these traditional fancy whirls will be a treat. They remind me of delicate shortbread, the perfect complement to a pot of tea. Viennese whirls are also fun to make as you can experiment with the fillings and decorations. Make them plain or pipe chocolate on top.
