These chocolate-flavoured finger biscuits are one of Gordon’s favourites. The biscuit is a cross between chocolate-flavoured shortbread and Viennese whirls. Both ends are dipped in pure chocolate. You don’t see them very often so they are worth making, especially if you have a chocolate craving.
