We love pizza! There’s barely a pizza that exists that either of us can pass up. However, we are still surprised at how popular pizza-making classes are at BAKE!

We made pizza for our lunch customers at the bakery in the early 2000s but stopped because there was just not enough demand. Still, we thought teaching it might be worthwhile, and this time we were right. The pizza class became popular overnight and has stayed that way.
