Perfect White Loaf

Despite its wonderful texture and flavour, a loaf such as this is more than easy to prepare. In addition, it’s the basis for all the recipe variations in this chapter; some use a full recipe, some use half. After you try this once, you’ll never settle for supermarket sandwich bread again.
