Chocolate Chip & Ponzu Cookies

A timeless wonder of the confectionary world, chocolate chip cookies have their own wing in the dessert hall of fame because it’s a treat that never gets old. Every chef swears that they have the best chocolate chip cookie recipe in the world, but I’m too humble for that. I’ll just say that my chocolate chip cookie recipe is the most dynamic.

And that’s because I gave my cookies a small dose of ponzu sauce. Yes, I said ponzu sauce, one of Japan’s most iconic condiments
