  1. In a medium-sized bowl, melt the chocolate and coconut oil together by placing it over a saucepan of simmering water (bain-marie).
  2. Once the chocolate coating is melted, remove the mixture from the bain-marie and pour the coating into a liquid measuring cup for easy glazing.
