Creating a dessert that doesn’t put you directly into a sugar coma requires some thought. I know most people just enjoy chocolate on top of more chocolate, but for me, contrast is the muse that keeps me interested. Now, you’ve probably seen that I like to take contrasting flavors to an almost Twilight Zone level of weirdness, but the truth is that some of the simplest pairings also work the best.
