Method

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, use a spatula or a wooden spoon to mix everything together except the dark chocolate. You will have a creamy matcha paste. Set aside.
  2. Place the finely chopped chocolate in a small-sized bowl and set aside.
  3. Refer to steps 7 and 8 in the babka dough recipe.
