  1. In a stand mixer with the paddle attachment, mix all the ingredients together on low speed until they are combined.
  2. Turn the mixer to medium-high speed and continue mixing for 5-8 minutes until your dough forms a smooth ball.
  3. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. It is best to leave it overnight.
