Method

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk the cornstarch, yuzu, and water to create a slurry to thicken the filling.
  2. Toss the raspberries, lychees and dried goji berries in the slurry. Pour it all into a medium-sized saucepan with the sugar.
