Method
- In a medium-sized bowl, whisk the cornstarch, yuzu, and water to create a slurry to thicken the filling.
- Toss the raspberries, lychees and dried goji berries in the slurry. Pour it all into a medium-sized saucepan with the sugar.
- Cook the filling on medium heat for about 5-8 minutes. You will know the filling is done when the raspberries are mostly br
