Method

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk everything together to ensure a uniform mixture. The glaze should be thick like the consistency of molasses. If it’s too thick, add more milk. If it’s thin and watery, add more confectioners’ sugar.
  2. Dip the donuts in the glaze right away, or lay plastic wrap directly on the surface to keep it from crystallizing.
