Method

  1. Prepare the baking pan with non-stick spray or by applying butter and flour to the bottom and sides of the pan. Line the bottom of the pan with a piece of parchment or wax paper.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, bread flour, cocoa powder, and sugar until it becomes a smooth paste.
  3. Add the melted butter slowly into the mixture and mix unti
