The Asian Neapolitan

Neapolitan ice cream is like a gateway to nostalgia. Even though it has a fancy name and generously involves three layers of ice cream (strawberry, chocolate and vanilla), Neapolitan ice cream will always be a humble, working-class family dessert in my mind.
