Rich Short Dough

Method

  1. Roll out the short dough on a lightly floured work surface to a rectangle 13 by 18 in/33 by 46 cm and ⅛ in/0.3 cm thick. Lay it gently in a sheet pan so that it completely lines the bottom and sides. Dock the dough with a pastry docker or the tines of a fork.
  2. Bake at 350°F/177°C
