Method

  1. Roll out the cookie dough ⅛ in/0.3 cm thick. Using a 2½-in/6-cm cutter, cut 22 rounds. Place the rounds on a parchment-lined sheet pan and bake at 375°F/191°C until golden, 7 to 10 minutes. Cool completely.
