Toasted Hazelnut Marzipan

Method

  1. Roll the marzipan to ½ in/1 cm thick, approximately 7 by 12 in/18 by 30 cm.
  2. Precoat one side of the slab with tempered dark chocolate.
  3. Use a round praliné cutter to cut the marzipan.
  4. Place a toasted hazelnut on the top of each piece, point up. Secure with a dot of chocolate.
