Formula Five: Pizza Dough

At our house, we have a wood-fired oven just beyond our back door. Building it was a labor of love and included the talents of many friends, family, and neighbors who endured long days and late nights of hard work. Now one of our favorite things to do is to make pizzas! Nothing brings people together more quickly than a fun, potluck pizza party, and you certainly do not need a wood-fired oven to yield great pizza. You provide the dough and the oven and your guests bring along the toppings.
