Method

  1. Prepare a batch of Nut Filling (can be made up to 1 week in advance). Prepare a batch of Sugar Glaze either now or during the baking process. Cover the glaze with the plastic wrap directly touching the surface to prevent a crust from forming. Mix up a little bit of Egg Wash.
