This dough formula is one of my all-time favorites. Although it requires a few days of preparation, you’ll welcome the range of products that can be made with this dough. From sweet to savory, this dough can assume many different roles at the table. It pairs just as well with pastry cream and fruit toppings as it does with a spinach cheese filling. Once laminated, this dough can be frozen for up to a week. This makes it easy to defrost smaller portions at different times during the week. (O
