This glaze is great to use with any brioche recipe. Simply spread evenly on the top just before baking and the brioche (or other creation) will have a slightly crunchy chocolate texture.

Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir together with a spatula until smooth. If the glaze seems too thick, you can thin it down with some additional egg whites. Apply to the tops of brioche with a spoon or piping bag just before baking. For a crackled effect, dust heavily with powdered sugar before baking.
